this joe guy is now on t.v. with an infomercial trying to peddle books about making money on ebay and craigslist selling things...selling the books for $19.95....what happened to making money in real estate?....waaaaay too many people are trying to make money of ebay and craigslist so the competition is too high and you cant make a consistent living from it...
