Hi Dawn,
Read Dean's new book and found your story and very impresive. Actually I think you story is different than others as you are purchasing multiple properties in different locaitons/states, as you said in North Carolina, South Dakota, St. Louis and even in Florida. How do you find them and manage them (if still own and rent them)?

When I reach my goal next year of $10,000 passive income per month, I will celebrate by going to Nepal on a trek and volunteer in Katmandu at a children's rehab hospital.
